Download the file called SmallBuilding06.zip and extract it to your hard drive, and then double-click the HTML file to play the video in your browser.  

The parametric windows in 3ds Max and VIZ are complete enough to satisfy the requirements for most situations and have the advantage of having properly assigned Material ID #'s so that the supplied template window and door materials are easy to apply.  

An important step in this tutorial is the application of Instance cloning to significantly reduce the memory footprint required by each clone of the original door or window.  For small scene like this it may not be critical to productivity, but on a typical architectural scene it can make a difference in overall productivity.
