Download the file called SmallBuilding04.zip from the FTP site and extracted to your hard disk and then double-click the HTML file to run the video in your browser.  

This tutorial focuses on using the Bevel Profile modifier to create a hip roof that is flexible to edit, but as is true with all of my tutorials, you should focus more on the process and what is actually being created.  The Bevel Profile modifier is not just for creating roofs but can be used for all sorts of 3D objects.
