Download the file called Align_to_Line.zip and extract it to your harddrive and then double-click the html file to play the video in your browser.

I can't find Align_to_line.zip in the linked FTP folder.

The only books I'm aware of are by Roger Cusson and Joep van der Steen, Amit. There may be others.
I hope to be working with Joep on a revision to his 3ds max and mental ray book for Focal press soon. Watch for a message on this blog.
