2 Use this link to find out more about scheduling and registration for the Benelux End User Training97 event.
This will be my third year at the event and I find it to be one of the most well organized user events that I've been associated with. Joep van der Steen (author of Rendering with mental ray & 3ds Max) does a great job at focusing on users needs rather than using the event as a high-pressure sales tool.
Hope to see you there
Ted

It's a bit of an odd process, David. I have to "approve" the posting before it shows up...even my own postings. It's just a protection from spammers, but a bit of a pain. Later Ted Re: Event: European End User Event, Holland

Dear Ted,
What did you think of this year's event? I thought it was really good with alot of different speakers. Even though I use Loft alot, there were still some tricks you mentioned that I didn't know about like Divide. I knew it was there but I never used it. That saves me alot of trouble. And the Numeric Type Evaluator is really handy! Thanks again for your very interesting classes! Arjan a.k.a. Doc! (P.S. I sat next to Dave McKie during Friday's dinner) Re: Re: Event: European End User Event, Holland

Hi Doc,
We'll see that you get a better seat at dinner next time!! :) I thought it was a very good event. The variety of classes makes it easier for someone to get useful information over the 2 days. The real advantage of that type of session is the peer to peer contact you get in the business. There were a number of people there who work alone and it's important to have contacts. Also the international aspect helps, too. Hope we can do it again, Doc, and it was good seeing you. Later Ted |
