Download the file called Specular01.zip and extract the files to your hard drive. Then double-click the HTML file to play the video in your browser.
We often take specular highlights for granted and you'll have to train yourself to look around to see how important specular highlights are in identifying materials in the real world before you can reproduce them in 3ds Max.
