You'll find information on the completed 3ds Max and VIZ Fundamental training series CADLearning.com
There are over 20 hours of training in three modules: Modeling, Materials and Lighting, and Animation and Scene Assembly. The tutorials work produced using 3ds Max 9 but files have been provided for users of earlier versions of Max and VIZ.
The lessons focus on fundamental workflow and production techniques to help you better understand not simply which buttons to push, it also the reasons for choosing one method over another to help you think creatively in solving your production challenges.
Good luck and have fun
Ted

Hi Ted, only 3 days before I never heard of you because I had never looked up for Viz tutorials. After going through a couple of your small builing free tutorials, I feel like buing you above dvd that covers 20 hours of training.
I want to become a freelance design viz artist using 3ds max as my tool. Unfortunately the price of your dvd is little expensive for me. I would like to know if you offer any disount for students like me from 3rd world countries. Hope to get a courteous reply. Syed Re: Re: Announcement: Video Training Now on CD

Hello Syed, Unfortunately, I don't have any control of the pricing and am not sure how CADLearning handles educational pricing. You could try contacting them directly on their website http://www.cadlearning.com//index.php?option=com_contact&task=view&contact_id=3&Itemid=3 Good luck, Syed and watch for new tutorials on this blog. Thanks very much for your interest. Ted |
