Umm, I feel a bit sheepish, but here's what the problem was: me. I visited the ftp page several times over the last few days, tried changing font size, but never pressed f5; well 1 refresh did it, and I see all the videos. I had no idea that this page would not be reloaded from scratch with each visit. Oh well, now I know.
