Hello Ted, Thank you for your promp reply. Still not luck. A bit weird isn't it? When I try ..."To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer" ...as instructed I get an error message. I usually download straight from the FTP. Not sure if this is relevant. Thank you, Angela
