The weirdness continues! Happily managed to see and download the file (yeaaaa) from another computer. Did a little reboot to my 'problem' laptop (refresh maybe?) but didn't help. The main thing is that I now have the tutorial, and look forward to hearing your kind voice. Thanks again for your help, Angela
